OGDENSBURG — The Department of Motor Vehicles office in Ogdensburg is closed until Jan. 4, according to a post on the St. Lawrence County Clerk’s webpage.
No reason was cited for the closure.
DMV offices around the county are open by appointment only.
The DMV offices will honor appointments for St. Lawrence County residents as well as residents of adjoining Jefferson and Franklin Counties, the website said. Those living in other counties must go to the DMV there. The local DMV offices reserve the right to refuse service for out-of-county residents, the website said.
