MALONE -- Two North Country residents were killed during a motor vehicle accident July 19 on Webster Street Road.
Troopers responded to a reported one-vehicle roll-over accident at 2:44 a.m., officers said.
A preliminary investigation revealed that a 2006 Dodge Ram pick up truck was traveling north, when the operator lost control of the vehicle and ran off the road. The vehicle rolled over and all four occupants were ejected.
Two occupants, Braeden C. Bosjolie, 18, Norwood, and Kylee R. Young, 20, North Bangor were pronounced deceased at the scene.
Two other occupants, Tucker M. Ludlow, 16, Norwood and Alyssa M. Forget, 16, Malone, were flown to the University of Vermont Medical Center in Burlington, Vt. with serious injuries. State police on Monday afternoon said they are in stable condition there.
Young and Bosjolie were removed to the University of Vermont Healthcare Network at the Champlain Valley Physicians Hospital in Plattsburgh where autopsies will be conducted on July 20, troopers said.
This investigation is ongoing.
