CANTON — Spooky, fun times were had at the Phantom in the Park in downtown Canton Saturday, Oct. 24. St. Lawrence Chamber of Commerce hosted the annual Halloween event. The trick or treat parade had over 200 kids dressed in a variety of costumes.
Main Street businesses passed out candy as children paraded through downtown. St. Lawrence University and SUNY Canton students helped with the event.
