MASSENA -- The Massena Town Board is hosting a budget workshop tonight, October. 28, at 4:30 p.m.
The budget session will include reviews of the proposed budgets for the Highway Department, Massena Airport, town museum, Massena Public Library, Massena Court and Code Enforcement.
A resolution will also be addressed to sign an agreement with Orrick, Herrington & Suteliffe LLP as bond counsel in connection with the proposed issuance of notes and/or bonds by the issuer not to exceed $10,000.
The next town board meeting will be a budget meeting and public hearing scheduled for Wednesday, Nov. 4 at 4:30 p.m.
The next regular meeting will be held Wednesday, Nov. 18 at 4:30 p.m., at which time the town board is expected to adopt a final budget.
