Andrew Jock, 33, Constable, was charged with speed in a school zone (35 miles per hour in a 20 mph zone), at 3:14 p.m. on Sept. 19 on Lawrence Ave.

Daniel Bero, 45, Hogansburg, was charged with speed in a school zone (38 miles per hour in a 20 mph zone), at 3:30 p.m. on Sept. 19 on Lawrence Ave.

Margaret Mckenna, 34, Potsdam, was charged with speed in a school zone (36 miles per hour in a 20 mph zone), at 3:41 p.m. on Sept. 19 on Lawrence Ave.

Kevin Wells, 46, Brasher Falls, was charged with speed in a school zone (36 miles per hour in a 20 mph zone), at 3:57 p.m. on Sept. 19 on Lawrence Ave., third-degree aggravated unlicensed operation of a motor vehicle, and operating a motor vehicle without an interlock device.

Wells was issued several Uniform Traffic tickets after patrol observed the vehicle traveling at 36 mph in a 20 mph school zone heading westbound on Lawrence Avenue. It was determined the driver has a revoked New York State driver’s license and an interlock device restriction.

The tickets are returnable in Potsdam Town Court on Oct. 11.

Andrew D. Wellings, 18, Potsdam, was charged with speed in a zone (46 miles per hour in a 30 mph zone) at 9:21 p.m. on Sept. 19 on Pine St.

The ticket is returnable in Potsdam Town Court on Oct. 11.

Bryanna L. Powell, 25, Potsdam, was charged with speed in a zone (60 miles per hour in a 30 mph zone) at 9:46 p.m. on Sept. 19 on Sandstone Drive.

Patrol observed her traveling at a high rate of speed on Sandstone Drive, radar confirmed a speed of 60 mph in a 30 mph zone. A DMV check of Powell's license showed it was suspended.

The ticket is returnable in Potsdam Town Court on Oct. 18.
