Zachariah L. Richards, 39, North Lawrence, was ticketed for no seat belt on Sept. 15 at 11:34 a.m. Sandstone Drive

Bradley F. Jerome, 46, Potsdam, was ticketed for no seat belt on Sept. 15 at 12:46 p.m. on Market Street.

Brandon A. Larocque, 19, Norfolk, was ticketed for no seat belt on Sept. 15 at 12:57 p.m. on Market Street. Also charged with no seat belt was Faith L. Larocque, 42, Norfolk, who was observed by police riding in the vehicle without wearing a seat belt.

Chelsea S Wright, 27, Potsdam, was charged with speed in a zone (44 miles per hour in a 30 mph zone) and uninspected motor vehicle on Sept. 15 at 1:51 p.m. on Market St.

Danielle V. McDonald, 18, Macedon, was charged with speed in a zone (42 miles per hour in a 30 mph zone) on Sept. 15 at 4:16 p.m. on Main St.

Keith B. Christy, 26, Potsdam, was charged with petit larceny on Sept. 15 at 5:35 p.m. at Filter Plant Alley. That charge is returnable in Potsdam Town Court on Sept. 27.

Christy was also arrested on a bench warrant for failure to appear at Potsdam Town Court on a charge of petit larceny stemming from an incident reported on Jan. 23. He was arraigned at Potsdam Town Court and released to appear in court at a later date.

Michael D. Lavieri, 36, Potsdam, was charged with failure to keep right and speed in a zone (50 miles per hour in a 30 mph zone) at 6:19 p.m. on Sept.. 15 in Clarkson Avenue.

Braden James Kruk, 19, Clifton Park, was charged with littering and underage possession of alcohol being observed getting rid of a beer can on Fall Island at 11:13 p.m., according to police.

The charges are returnable in Potsdam Town Court on Oct. 11.

Ethan Daniel Koch, 19, Cottekill, was charged with open container and underage possession of alcohol on Sept. 15 at 11:13 p.m. on Fall Island.

Ella Ryan Moses, 19, Delanson, was charged with open container and underage possession of alcohol at 11:52 p.m. on Maple St.

The charges are returnable in Potsdam Town Court on Oct. 11.

Jared J. Pius, 21, Potsdam, was charged with moving from lane unsafely following a motor vehicle accident on Sept. 16 at 2:38 p.m. at the intersection of Market Street and May Road. Pius was determined to be at fault for the accident due to making an unsafe lane change, according to police.

Jeremy F. Sylvain, 28, Potsdam, was charged with operating a motor vehicle while using a mobile telephone at 5:52 p.m. on Sept. 16 on Market St.

Sean M. Luster, 42, Madrid, was charged with speed in a zone (53 miles per hour in a 30 mph zone) at 6:30 p.m. on Sept. 16 on Sandstone Drive.

Patrol observed Luster operating a motorcycle on Sandstone Drive at a higher rate of speed. RADAR confirmed the vehicle to be traveling at 53 mph.

Caroline J. Whitaker, 20, Potsdam, was charged with speed in a zone (40 miles per hour in a 30 mph zone) at 6:30 p.m. on Sept. 16 on Bay St.

Deanna J. Steinhart, 33, Tampa, Fla., was charged with speed in a zone (53 miles per hour in a 30 mph zone) at 7:12 p.m. on Sept. 16 on Elm St.

Brian D. Daniels, 51, Commack, was charged with failure to turn as required at 7:31 p.m. on Sept. 16 at the intersection of Market Street and Raymond Street.

The ticket is returnable in Potsdam Town Court on Oct. 11.

Adrian A. Cummings, 18, Schenectady, was charged with speed in a zone (55 miles per hour in a 30 mph zone) at 10:49 p.m. on Sept. 16 on Maple St.

The ticket is returnable in Potsdam Town Court on Oct. 11.

Zachary D. Linksy, 31, Potsdam, was charged with operating a motor vehicle impaired by drugs operating a vehicle with insurance, operating an unregistered vehicle, switched trailer plates, unsafe passing on the left, and driving to the left of pavement markings at 10:38 a.m. on Sept. 17 on Sandstone Drive.

Patrols responded to a report of a three-vehicle accident on Sandstone Drive. On scene, it was determined that Linsky was under the influence of drugs. It was further determined that Linsky was at fault for the accident due to failing to keep right, unsafe passing, and driving to the left of the pavement markings. Further investigation on scene revealed that Linsky had a single license plate displayed on the vehicle, and that the plate information did not match the vehicle information in DMV. A DMV search also revealed that Linsky did not have a valid registration or insurance for the vehicle. Linksy was issued citations and released to appear in court at a later date.

Billie Jo Planty, 43, Ogdensburg, was charged with petit larceny and sixth-degree conspiracy on Sept. 17 at 10:51 p.m. at 800 Park St., Ogdensburg. Planty was arrested on a Town of Potsdam arrest warrant for the listed charges. Planty arraigned by Judge Mason and released on her own recognizance.
