The ticket is returnable in Potsdam Town Court on Nov. 18.

Jovanna L. Aquino, 37, Potsdam, was charged with Aggravated Unlicensed Operation 1st and no/inadequate headlights on Oct. 27 at 9:16 p.m. on Racquette Road.

The charges are answerable in Potsdam Town Court on Nov. 18.

Aquino was issued the above Uniform Traffic Tickets after patrol observed her operating a motor vehicle on Market Street with no driver side headlight. Patrol effected a traffic stop on Racquette Road and identified Aquino as the driver. A DMV check on Aquino showed her CT driver license was suspended and that her NY driving privileges were suspended with 19 separate suspensions in NY state.
