POTSDAM— Daniel H. Huto, 35, of Potsdam, was issued uniform traffic tickets July 9 for unnecessary noise and cannabis consumption in a motor vehicle, Potsdam Police say.

Village police report that Huto was ticketed following a traffic stop on Maple Street after patrol observed him smoking marijuana in a motor vehicle and playing loud music.

Tickets are returnable to Potsdam Town Court Aug. 5 at 10 a.m.
