GOUVERNEUR -- A woman was airlifted to SUNY Upstate after a semi-truck crashed into a SUV Sept. 12 on U.S. Highway 11, according to St. Lawrence County sheriff's deputies.
Sherry L. Langevin, Oswegatchie was extricated from her Ford Explorer after it was struck by a semi-truck being driven by Kira Craw of Mexico, NY, deputies said.
Langevin is currently listed in stable condition.
U.S. Highway 11 was shut down for about three hours following the accident as deputies investigated the scene.
State police. Gouverneur police, Richville Fire, Gouverneur Fire & Rescue all assisted on scene.
