POTSDAM — The North Country Children’s Museum, 10 Raymond St., will host Halloween-themed activities for families this month, including a dance party and its annual Science Spooktacular.
A Halloween dance party is scheduled for 2 to 3 p.m. Oct. 25, featuring Gaby Jimenez, an actor, singer and Crane School of Music student, as Wednesday Addams. Visitors are encouraged to wear costumes and dance to Halloween music.
The museum’s annual Science Spooktacular will offer hands-on science, technology, engineering and mathematics activities led by Clarkson University Honors students and museum educators. The drop-in event will run from 10 a.m. to 5 p.m. Oct. 31 and Nov. 1 in the museum’s upstairs classroom, in partnership with Clarkson University.
Both events are included with museum membership or general admission.
