NORWOOD — A Norfolk man was charged with driving while ability impaired Wednesday, according to village police.,
Donald Halvorsen, 66, was charged with DWAI: after his blood-alcohol content (BAC) was found to be higher than the legal limit, officers said. This was done through a breath test, police said.
He was released after being cited for the above charge, as well as a ticket for an expired inspection, police said.
Halvorsen is to answer those charges later this month in Potsdam Town Court.
