GOUVERNEUR — A Gouverneur man was charged with drug possession on Sept. 28, according to state police.
Adam R. Matt, 44, was charged with seventh-degree criminal possession of a controlled substance at 12:26 p.m., police said.
He was cited and released, officers said.
