GOUVERNEUR — State police investigated a two-car property damage accident on March 28 at 4:26 p.m. on State Route 58.
The two drivers involved in the accident, Marwan Mohd Abdall Elusalami, 66, of Parma, Ohio, and Albert J. Tulley, 32, of Gouverneur, were not injured during the incident.
The investigation of the accident is closed, troopers said.
