CANTON -- St. Lawrence County Sheriff's Deputies charged Raymond J. Lyman, 37, of Ogdensburg, with fourth-degree criminal possession of a controlled substance (C Felony) following an investigation of a traffic stop on April 25.
Deputies say the stop was initiated on Sate Highway 68, with K-9 officer Shelly alerting to the presence of narcotics.
According to Deputies, Lyman was then found in possession of cocaine.
He was later arraigned in Hermon Town Court and released to appear in court at a later date.
