GOUVERNEUR — A Theresa man was charged with possessing drugs and stolen property Sunday morning, according to state police.
John J. Baker, 32, was charged with fifth-degree criminal possession of stolen property and two counts of seventh-degree criminal possession of a controlled substance at 10:09 a.m., police said.
He was cited and released, officers said.
The initial complaint was made to troopers on April 12.
