CANTON -- St. Lawrence University's AmeriCorps Climate Action Leader will be presenting on easy home energy efficiency DIYs, ways to reduce your energy bills, and other energy resources at the Canton Free Library, 8 Park St., on Wednesday, May 1 at 6 p.m.

This "Home Energy Efficiency Crash Course" will provide simple ways to save money and energy in your home and will discuss larger projects and resources available to support them.

The Campus Climate Action Corps (CCAC) Project is a nationwide AmeriCorps program solely dedicated to campus-based, community-led climate action. The presentation at Canton Free Library is given by the St. Lawrence University AmeriCorps Climate Action Leader in partnership with the Energy Navigator program through Cornell Cooperative Extension of St. Lawrence County and the North Country Clean Energy Hub.

This event is free of charge and will be held in the downstairs Paige Room of the Canton Free Library.
