POTSDAM — A 22-year-old Malone man faces multiple charges following several investigations into domestic violence-related incidents involving the same parties, according to Potsdam police.
Richard M. Harding was charged Oct. 14 with two counts of second-degree criminal contempt, two counts of second-degree aggravated harassment, two counts of fourth-degree stalking and one count of first-degree harassment.
Police said the charges stem from multiple separate investigations involving domestic violence-related incidents, rather than a single occurrence.
New orders of protection have been issued, police said.
Harding was released on his own recognizance and returned to the Franklin County Correctional Facility, officers said.
