OGDENSBURG - Funeral services for Lawrence "Larry" R. Gray, 62, of Ogdensburg will be private.
Mr. Gray died at his home on Wednesday, October 14, 2026, following a long illness.
Arrangements are under the direction of Frary Funeral Home and Cremation Services, Ogdensburg.
Lawrence R. Gray was born on December 9, 1963, in Ogdensburg, NY. He was the son of the late Robert and Marilyn (Hall) Gray.
Over the years, he worked in various construction roles at the Ogdensburg Cheese Plant and Ryan Press, and did small engine repair.
Larry was a compassionate man. He loved all animals. He was always working; when not working, he was helping others. He was a quiet, gentle man.
He is survived by his sisters, Rebecca "Becky" Gray of Plattsburgh and Martha Gray, and her companion, Randy Deloney of Florida. His nieces, Jessica and Lindsey Jones, and his nephew, Ryan Gray, also survive him, along with his great-nieces and nephews, Breahna, Keegan, and Lyllian Grizzle, and Athena Jones. Numerous cousins also survive him.
Your family will miss you Aka Loretta. We loved dressing you up when you were a baby and taking you for walks around the block telling neighbors your are sister Loretta.
Donations in Lawrence's memory may be made to a charity of one's choice.
