Job seekers should not reply to a help wanted ad for Applied Industrial Technologies that was recently posted on North Country Now and appears in the Sept. 11 and 12 editions of North Country This Week.
The ad was not placed by Applied Industrial Technologies and is a scam. The person placing the ad fraudulently represented themselves as an employee of the company.
The email address and phone number included in the ad are not connected with Applied Industrial Technologies.
North Country Now immediately deleted the ad upon learning that it was not legitimate. A notice will appear in next week’s newspaper also informing readers of the issue.
North Country Now and North Country This Week regret the error.
