MACOMB — A Gouverneur resident was charged Friday stemming from an Aug. 10, 2023 larceny complaint, according to state police.
Jason A. Guinup, 43, was charged with fifth-degree criminal possession of stolen property at 12:40 p.m., police said.
Guinup was cited and released, officers said.
