HERMON — A Hermon man was charged with impaired driving after state police observed a disabled vehicle on U.S. Highway 11 on Dec. 15, according to state police.
Prentice H. Purvis, 59, was charged with first-degree operating a motor vehicle while ability impaired by drugs, police said.
He was cited shortly after 11 p.m. and released, police said.
