POTSDAM -- A Norwood man was charged Monday following an investigation into damage to lawns at Walmart, 7494 U.S. Highway 11 on Oct. 31, according to state police.
Ethan G. Ludlow, 21, was charged with third-degree criminal mischief, officers said.
Troopers reportedly responded to a complaint from Walmart employees that a vehicle had driven on Walmart lawns causing ruts and damage.
Ludlow was cited and released.
