DEKALB -- A Gouverneur resident was charged with aggravated driving while intoxicated following a property-damage accident Friday night, according to state police.
The accident was reported shortly before 7 p.m. near the intersection of U.S. Highway 11 and Main Street, officers said.
The drivers were 43-year old Michael J. Storie of Richville and 64-year old Neal. V. Slate of Gouverneur, police said.
Troopers charged Slate with aggravated DWI at 7:38 p.m. He was cited and released.
No injuries were reported.
