OGDENSBURG -- Two men have been arrested on methamphetamine charges after Ogdensburg Police investigated a fire in Room 209 of an apartment building at 232 Washington St.
Raymond H. Jock, 30, of 15 Hodskin St., Apt. 1, Canton, and James Testani, 62, of 232 Washington St., room 209, Ogdensburg, were both charged on Oct. 17 with third-degree unlawful manufacture of methamphetamine.
During the investigation of the fire, officers found items commonly used for manufacturing methamphetamine, said a press release from the Ogdensburg PD.
Both men were arraigned at Ogdensburg City Court and released on their own recognizance.
