MADRID -- A Norwood man was charged with selling alcohol to a minor Friday stemming from an incident Nov. 24, according to state police.
Riley M. Haas, 23, was charged with prohibited sale of an alcoholic beverage and first-degree unlawfully dealing with a child, police said.
Haas was cited and released, officers said.
