MADRID — A Madrid man was charged with driving under the influence of drugs Sept. 6 on CR 14, according to St. Lawrence County sheriff’s deputies.
Corey M. Tisdale, 24, was charged with driving while ability impaired by drugs, and first-offense aggravated unlicensed operator, officers said.
He was reportedly found to be impaired and driving without a license, deputies said.
Tisdale was arraigned in Norfolk court and remanded to St. Lawrence County jail without bail, officers said.
