OGDENSBURG — A Canton man was charged with three misdemeanors following a traffic stop on Jan. 22, state police say.
Jeffrey R. Sakowski, 44, was charged with seventh-degree criminal possession of a controlled substance, operating a motor vehicle when license or registration is suspended and second-degree aggravated unlicensed operation, state police say.
He was issued an appearance ticket and released.
