Youth Power offers North Country teens a chance to lead, advocate

Posted

Teens interested in leadership and advocacy among their peers might be interested in joining the regional team of Youth Power, a statewide organization for youth aged 13 to 20, according to the St. Lawrence County Youth Bureau.

Members will help organize youth forums and events, and become the youth voice for northern New York.

Youth Power’s mission is to make sure young people’s perspectives are valued and heard. Joining will support the growth of youth peer support and advocacy.
