Two members of St. Lawrence University's women's squash team will join the eight players from the men's team as participants in the 2014 College Squash Association Individual Nationals to be held at Drexel and the University of Pennsylvania in Philadelphia Friday through Sunday.
Saint first year players Jill Baker and Emily Terry were ranked among the top 80 players in collegiate squash and both will play in the Holleran Cup for players ranked 33 through 80.
Baker, who played in the number one spot for the Saints throughout her rookie season of intercollegiate play, compiled a 11-4 record, the best for a Saint player since Ashley Eldredge went 15-4 in 2007. She is ranked 45th nationally and will be the 13th seed in the Holleran Cup.
Terry, who played at both two and three in her rookie season, compiled a 7-8 overall mark, going 3-4 at two and 4-4 at three. She is ranked 71st nationally.
Both Saint players are on four-match winning streaks which include 3-0 marks in team nationals last weekend.
