HAMMOND -- A Tupper Lake woman was charged with driving while intoxicated with a child in the vehicle on SH 37 Sunday morning, according to state police.
Michelle L. French, 48, was the driver, troopers said.
French was charged with first-offense aggravated DWI, felony, and an equipment violation for obstructed vision on her vehicle, police said.
She was cited at 10:20 a.m. and ordered held, officers said.
