POTSDAM -- A Winthrop man was charged with aggravated driving while intoxicated following a property-damage accident on Morningside Drive early Sunday morning, according to Potsdam police.
Corey S. Agen, 25 was charged at 1:22 a.m. with aggravated DWI, unlicensed operation and speed not reasonable or prudent.
Police said they responded to the accident and found Agen to be the operator of the vehicle.
His blood-alcohol-content was reportedly .18 percent.
He was issued appearance tickets returnable to Potsdam Village Court Nov. 7 at 9:30 a.m., officers said.
