What is so wrong with the same being done in northern NY? Also safety devices are not decorations. Accidents effect more than the victim. Everyone involved in the accident is traumatized. Also why does one group not need to conform to the same community standards as everyone else? Others in the community must pick up dog poop. The same should be true regarding horse poop, which does not always disappear in a day’s time. Picking up the horse poop instead of leaving it where it falls is being a good neighbor.
