I have been quite concerned about what is being done with the quarter million dollar grant from the federal government. When that happens I get concerned, because apparently they don’t want to talk about it. So the question is: Are devices being purchased to inquire into the lives of the citizens that have done nothing wrong? This would include systems like “Stingray” or the license plate readers in police cars that record your travels.
