OGDENSBURG - United Helpers RiverLedge campus recently held its volunteer lunch. Guests were treated to a meal with cake for dessert, entertainment and a few kind words.
“You don’t have to be retired to be a volunteer,” said Activities Director Larry Worden. “You could be 8, 9 or 10 and still make a difference.”
Many of those in attendance posed for a photo with the cake before dessert.
