MORLEY -- Morley will host a 'Trunk-or-Treat' event Oct. 25 at the Morley Wesleyan Church.
Instead of going house to house to trick-or-treat, kids go car to car to collect goodies in the church parking lot. Children are invited to dress up in costume from 3 to 5 p.m. on Oct. 25 at Morley Wesleyan Church located at 7254 County Route 27.
"Last year we hosted over 25 cars, vans, wagons, horse trailers, and fire engines. This year we are shooting for more, because there is always more in Morley." organizers said.
Some trunks will be interactive, with simple games like ring toss, bean bag toss, stuffed animal adoption, and a duck pluck.
Morley Library Association and Morley Volunteer Fire will also be at the event joining in the fun.
Small businesses, home businesses, and other non-profits in our area are encouraged to decorate a trunk, hand out goodies, or host a game. Best dressed trunk wins a great prize .
Trunk decorating begins at 1:30 p.m.
In case of rain, festivities will take place inside the Activity Center. Info: morleywesleyan@gmail.com.
