BRASHER — Comedians, royalty, contests, craft fair, music, a parade and fireworks were among the variety of entertainment at the four day Tri-Town Winter Carnival held Feb. 15-18.
The ‘Cheers to 50 Years’ event had a 50’s theme to celebrate the Tri-Town Chamber of Commerce’s 50th year.
