Newport News, VA – Megan Mydosh (Warwick, NY), Mike Reilly (Colton, NY) and Brittany Rotach (Brasher Falls, NY) were all honored in their respective sports as United States Collegiate Athletic Association (USCAA) Players of the Week, as announced Tuesday evening.

Mydosh was named USCAA Female Runner of the Week after sprinting to the third fastest 5K time in SUNY Canton program history to open the 2013 season. She covered the course in 21:13, just 42 seconds off her own record-setting time from a season ago at a quick Hobart William Smith course. The junior finished fourth out of a 51-runner field and trailed only three NCAA Division III runners from Clarkson University.

Reilly was bestowed with USCAA Male Golfer of the Week after carding a 5-over par, 77 to lead the Roos to a sixth place finish, bettering three other teams at the Utica College Invitational.

Rotach earned USCAA Female Goalie of the Week honors after going 2-0 in her first two collegiate starts recording a remarkable 0.50 goals against average and .800 save percentage as she stopped four of the five shots she faced. She finished the weekend recording one shutout, which came in her first ever game as SUNY Canton defeated Bay Path College 4-0.
