Ten St. Lawrence County high school seniors complete Clarkson School’s early college program

POTSDAM -- Ten St. Lawrence County students completed The Clarkson School Early College Program at Clarkson University Saturday, May 5.

The following students completed the program:

• Makayla Anson of Hermon. Next year, Makayla plans to continue at Clarkson majoring in engineering and management.

• Christian Z. Ashley of Ogdensburg. Next year, Christian plans to continue at Clarkson majoring in digital arts and sciences.

• Amelia B. Brown of Potsdam. Next year, Amelia plans to attend Marlboro College majoring in psychology.

• Jake Carter of Potsdam. Next year, Jake plans to continue at Clarkson majoring in biomolecular science.

• Yengi Lado of Potsdam. Next year, Yengi plans to continue at Clarkson majoring in university studies.

• Nina Sokolov of Potsdam.

• Matthew Tomford of Lisbon. Next year, Matthew plans to continue at Clarkson majoring in engineering studies.

• Mackenzie Toth of Potsdam. Next year, Mackenzie plans to continue at Clarkson majoring in biomolecular science.

• Joshua K.Tupper of Canton. Next year, Josh plans to continue at Clarkson majoring in Engineering Studies.

• Mary Elizabeth Wallace of Ogdensburg. Next year, Mary Elizabeth plans to attend SUNY Stony Brook majoring in nursing.

The Clarkson School is Clarkson University's early college entrance program, which provides exceptional high school age students with a full academic year of residency-based interdisciplinary education, typically before they would have graduated high school.
