Now that the teachers union has had their say about fair evaluation of teachers, we all know that the only fair evaluation that the union is interested in is no evaluation. Don’t be alarmed that this is something that is unique to teachers unions as all unions have the same final purpose in the end. Good workers don’t need a union and the union actually hurts them since all workers are grouped in the collective envelope, but to the union worker that doesn’t perform or misses work the union is their with their complete arsenal to make sure that useless employee isn’t fired. Good luck parents.
