SUNY Potsdam surpasses $40 million raised

The State University of New York at Potsdam has secured $40,146,432 in gifts and commitments toward its most ambitious fundraising campaign in College history, bringing the institution close to its $45 million goal, with nearly two years remaining. SUNY Potsdam announced the milestone during its Legacy Celebration and Campaign Kickoff on Saturday, Oct. 24, marking the public launch of Deeply Rooted, Future Focused: The Campaign for Potsdam. With 89 percent of the goal already committed, SUNY Potsdam is now inviting alumni, friends and community members to help carry the campaign across the finish line by June 30, 2028—and expand the opportunities available to students for generations to come.
