OGDENSBURG -- Adrienne Rygel, associate professor and department chair of civil and environmental engineering technology at SUNY Canton, will discuss water issues at the Sisters of St. Joseph Motherhouse, 1425 Washington St., from 1:30 to 3:30 p.m. on Sunday, Nov. 20.
The presentation, titled "The Global Water Crisis: Abroad & at Home" will discuss issues related to supply, access and water quality at the global and national levels.
A discussion on local concerns will follow the presentation.
The event is free and open to the public.
Light refreshments will be served.
