CANTON -- “Climate Refugees” will be discussed by Jon Rosales as part of SUNY Canton’s spring Sustainability Lecture Series.
Rosales will speak at 6 p.m. on March 5 in Nevaldine North, room 102. Admission is free.
Rosales is a professor at SLU and his research focuses on the impacts of climate change on native populations in Alaska, and he will provide several case studies that illustrate how people are being displaced because of environmental factors.
