POTSDAM -- The Clarkson University physician assistants Students With Out Borders program will host the second annual “Running Into Autumn” 5k and one mile fun run Saturday, Sept. 21.
The one-mile run will begin at 9:30 a.m., followed by the 5k at 10 a.m. Registration will be $12 per person, including a t-shirt, prior to Aug. 21. Race day registration will be $15, beginning at 9 a.m.
Family or team registration will be $40.
Face painting, raffles, refreshments, music, and prizes will also be featured.
A portion of the proceeds will benefit the St. Lawrence County Health Initiative’s Access to Care program, which provides screenings, follow-up care, and prescription assistance for the uninsured.
The remaining proceeds will help provide care and medications to patients in the Dominican Republic during a medical mission trip.
