POTSDAM – The St. Lawrence County Branch of the American Association of University Women (AAUW) book discussion group will meet April 9 at noon at the Potsdam Library, 2 Park St. They will discuss “The Accursed,” a novel by Joyce Carol Oates.
This book is a fusion of historical fact, supernatural mystery and devilish social commentary that takes place at Princeton, NJ at the turn of the 20th Century.
The book for discussion next month will be “Isle Royale,” the second book in the Adirondack Treasures Trilogy by local author Matt Glavin. Info: Pat Musante at 265-7230.
