Haydn Demers-St. Hilaire of St. Lawrence Central School was recently selected as the school’s soccer player of the year.
“Haydn has a tremendous work ethic and easily the most coachable individual in my 22 years of coaching,” said Julia Rose, Demers-St. Hilaire’s coach.
Demers-St. Hilaire was named league defensive MVP and first team all-northern for the second year in a row, according to www.maxpreps.com.
He had over 200 saves in just 13 games this season, with 748 career saves in three years.
