MASSENA -- The Special Arts for Special Needs program run by SLC Arts will host the next Friday Night Out at the Nicandri Nature Center Friday, Nov. 3, from 6-8 p.m.
Participants will learn about North Country tree leaf patterns through a visual art activity.
The twice-monthly "Friday Night Out" will alternate between Massena and Ogdensburg throughout the fall.
Serving teens and adults with developmental disabilities and their friends, these events use visual art and music for learning and socialization.
Registration is encouraged so instructors can plan supplies in advance.
A $5 materials fee per participant is requested; paraprofessionals attend for free.
