Sound Bath with Dallas Shannon

Crystal Bowl Sound Bath with Dallas Shannon
Saturday October 3, 5:00-6:00pm, $20
Canton Yoga Loft, 21 Miner St, Canton NY
During this crystal bowl sound bath, participants will rest comfortably on a yoga mat with blankets and pillows while Dallas plays pure quartz bowls that emit clear, resonant frequencies. As the ethereal, overlapping tones fill the room, your mind will likely drift into a deeply relaxing, meditative state somewhere between waking and sleep. It's magical!
