Showers are expected Friday morning across St. Lawrence County, followed by a stretch of mostly sunny weather through the weekend, according to the National Weather Service (NWS).
Showers are likely mainly before 11 a.m. Friday, with a high near 64, the service says. The chance of precipitation is 90%, with new rainfall amounts between a quarter and half an inch possible. West winds will be 5 to 7 mph.
Friday night will be mostly cloudy before gradually clearing, with a low around 44, NWS says. Northwest winds around 5 mph will become calm after midnight.
Saturday will be sunny, with a high near 59 and light north winds. Saturday night will be mostly clear, with a low around 38 and calm winds.
Sunday will be partly sunny, with a high near 65 and southwest winds of 5 to 10 mph. There is a 50% chance of showers Sunday night, with mostly cloudy skies and a low around 46. South winds will be 8 to 11 mph, with new precipitation amounts of less than a tenth of an inch possible.
Monday will be mostly sunny, with a high near 54 and west winds of 10 to 15 mph. Monday night will be mostly clear, with a low around 33.
Tuesday will be sunny, with a high near 52 and west winds of 7 to 10 mph. Tuesday night will be mostly clear, with a low around 33 and calm winds.
