POTSDAM – It’s not very often a stranger will surprise you by paying your $400 grocery bill, but it happened to the director of the Potsdam Snack Pack Program, recently.
After asking Brault about all the food in her shopping cart, the stranger told the cashier, "I'll pay the bill" and gave him $400 for the groceries.
“Wow, what a blessing! So many people care about the young children in our community and want to help in some way,” said Brault. “I'm so thankful for the gentleman who helped my week get off to a great start!”
