WANAKENA -- Seaway Tech’s Natural Resources class recently took a field trip to oldest ranger school in the United States.
SUNY-ESF Ranger School at Wanakena was established in 1913.
The school offers associate’s degrees in forest technology, land surveying technology or environmental and natural resources conservation.
School director Michael Bridgen gave them a tour of the classrooms and grounds.
